WE ONLY DELIVER TO YOUR REGISTERED ADDRESS IF YOU HAVE PAID BY CARD OR PAYPAL
Shipping may take 2 to 5 working days. Please confirm with us before you make payment.
We are not responsible for delays and other issues that are beyond our control.
We will take a signature and picture of the premises where it is delivered. We may request a photo-id when the goods are high value.
The collection is available from our warehouse at Euro House, Salmon Street, Preston, PR1 4BQ. Please note you must confirm your collection time and when you are at the warehouse press the buzzer next to the shutter and someone will open the shutter for you.
Collection is not available for PayPal orders or Card Payments
Return & Exchange Policy
Please note that we will only accept returns under the circumstances of faulty or incorrect goods. You must notify us within 24 hours of any items incorrectly sent to you, and return such goods within 7 days of delivery. You will always have the choice of an exchange or refund.
All goods come with a 90 day warranty from the purchase date. If there is a fault with your product we will normally offer a "like for like" exchange where possible.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the faulty product must be in original packaging, and free of faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. Also, incomplete products sent back will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
You need to request a ‘Returns Authorisation (RA) Number’ by filling in the returns form in full and email it to email@example.com. This must be done prior to returning the products. We will then issue you with a RA number which must be written on the box.We do not accept any refunds or returns as all our items are ordered as per your order.
If there is an issue with the qty or goods, please get in touch with us within 7 working days and we will refund or replace those items. ( Only if the item delivered is different from what you have ordered or defective )
We can accept the return of the item for any reason at our own discretion.
All returns and exchanges will be processed within 14 working days and subject to stock status
All returns will be tested by our technicians and if they are working, will be returned back to you.
Any returns sent back without a RA number on the box and an accompanying RA form will not be accepted.
The RA number is only valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

We are happy to pass a discount to you if you pay by Bacs. Accepting card payments or PayPal cost us for each individual transaction. We pass this discount in full to our customers., When we have started accepting PayPal our charges were as high as 2.4% however as of today we pay around 1.6% but we have kept our discount and we are still giving a 2.4% discount to our customers if you pay by Bacs

Can I pay by card and get the discount?
Unfortunately No, If you make a payment by card then we have to pay transaction fees. Please select Bacs as a payment method and enjoy this additional discount.
